Passed 12/10/20 Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania

“Joseph J. Leandri, 58, of Exeter, passed away peacefully Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, in Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest, due to COVID-19.
Born in Kingston on March 9, 1962, he was the son of Louise Bartoletti Leandri and the late Joseph John Leandri.
Surviving, in addition to his mother are his daughters, Alyssa Leandri Smith (Aaron), West Pittston; and Rachel Leandri (Kyle Davis), Plains Twp.; former wife and lifelong friend, Debra Leandri, Wyoming; sister, Maria Yonki (Robert), Hughestown.
Joe was a 1980 graduate of Wyoming Area High School (voted best personality) and received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration and Marketing at Wilkes University. He had worked as a sales and marketing associate for Kraft General Foods.
Joe was a man of heart, humor and wit, always making others smile. He valued family and love above all, always putting others before himself. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. The absolute best type of father, husband, brother, son, uncle and friend anyone could ever ask for. His soul was as pure and kind as they come.
Anyone who knew him is left with great memories of laughter, fun, and positivity. Those closest to him are left with immense comfort by the continuous, outpouring love and affection he so generously gave every single day of his life. He lived for his two daughters, Alyssa and Rachel. Everything he did, he did for them. He was simply such a good man who will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
One of Joe's favorite quotes stated by Booker T. Washington is: "I began learning long ago that those who are happiest are those who do the most for others."
